Careers at Karat
Build financial tools for businesses that do things differently.
Built for builders
A small team.
Big ambitions.
We started with corporate cards and banking accounts for creators. Today, we serve creators, agencies, studios and growing companies with the same entrepreneurial spirit.
Based in Los Angeles, our team brings together experience from banking, startups and the creator world. We're hands-on, move quickly and care about the businesses we're building for.
How we work

Get things done
Work with a lean, hands-on team that ships quickly. Make thoughtful decisions and turn them into something useful.

Bring a point of view and the initiative to act on it. We hire people who want to improve Karat as we grow.
