Authorization for Consumer Credit Report Inquiry
By clicking “I accept” or similar call to action button, you, the natural person agreeing to this authorization, in your individual capacity and as representative of the business listed in this application, consent to Cross River Bank and Karat Technologies Inc. and their respective affiliates, success and assigns (individually and collectively, “us,” or “we”) obtaining consumer or personal and business credit reports, references, and other information about you, the business listed in this application and each beneficial owner and control person identified by you now and from time to time (including in connection with the servicing, collection and enforcement of the loan, and for other reasons permitted by law), and you represent that you have the authorization and consent from each such entity and person to authorize us to obtain consumer or personal and business credit reports on each such entity and person in accordance with this authorization from Experian, TransUnion, and Equifax. You acknowledge and understand that obtaining a credit report might impact the credit score or credit ranking of the person to whom the report relates. If you are a sole proprietor or are organized as a general partnership, you acknowledge and understand that we will collect a consumer credit report on you in connection with underwriting your loan and additional times as described above. We may use any credit report obtained under this authorization for any lawful purpose, including, without limitation, for authentication purposes, to verify fraudulent activity, to make credit decisions, and for related purposes.
